Who is he?
Pierre is a bird. Or was at any rate. He appears a few times in the anime and comics Hetalia as a white dove-like bird with the same structure as Gilbird. He belongs to France.

Some Info:
Pierre takes after his owner but unlike his owner is almost vain enough to the point of snob. He can be charming when needed but will pout and whine when he doesn't get his way. Which if you can imagine it is kind of odd, it's like seeing a grown man have a temper tantrum. However he does have good looks, I guess that's why people have him around. Still, he's imperfect as it gets so don't let him fool ya.
